Important:

• You must be a member of the NYCPHA in order to purchase alternate passes or to participate in any NYCPHA activities. If you are not yet a member for the 2024-2025 year, you will have the opportunity to purchase one on this form. As a member of the NYCPHA, you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.
• Alt Passes do not expire. You can request a refund of any unused alternate passes at any time.
